Must be at least 25 years old to book the property. No parties or events allowed. No indoor smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Absolutely NO confetti indoors or outdoors. Do NOT tape anything to the walls. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please don’t rearrange the furniture or décor. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No parking in the garage. Prior to departing, please load your dishes into the dishwasher and start it. Also, please put your trash and recycling in the outside bins. City parking ordinance: Beginning on November 15 and ending on March 15 of any year, no person shall park a motor vehicle between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., on any City street.

While we love being part of these special moments, we kindly ask for your cooperation to help us maintain the home’s unique character and charm. Please refrain from using any type of tape or adhesive (including Command strips, sticky strips, poster putty, etc.) anywhere in the house. This includes walls, windows, trim, frames, and other surfaces. Unfortunately, these products can cause damage, and we work hard to ensure the home remains in pristine condition for every guest to enjoy.
